Two killed, 19 injured in bus accident in Surkhet

Dailekh: Two individuals died as a bus en route to Birendranagar from Dailekh met with an accident at Gorjine in Surkhet district on Monday. 

The ill-fated bus with registration number Pra 02–002 Kha 0852 met with accident along the Surkhet-Dailekh road section, leaving two dead, and 19 injured, according to Rupesh Khadka, chief of Surkhet District Police. Those dead are yet to be identified.

A total of 21 passengers were on board the bus. 

The injured passengers have been sent to Surkhet Provincial Hospital for treatment.
