Kathmandu: ‘The CQ Edge’ – a book by Su Bridgman was launched in the federal capital of Nepal, Kathmandu.

The book published by international publisher, Forbes Books, was made public at a program in the presence of its author Bridgman. 

The book is focused on how to ignite confidence, eliminate anxiety and maximize communication intelligence. 

Speaking on the occasion, author Su said, “The book can guide on how to enhance cultural intelligence and become an influential communicator”. She further noted that self-confidence is a key to effective communication. 

In the book, Su reveals and synthesizes profound insights, actionable strategies, and practical exercises to cultivate a resilient, captivating communicative essence.

The book having 11 chapters has provided important tips to unleash human potential and elevate human communication presence. 

The author has presented the techniques on how to enhance self-confidence, improve communication skills and increase inter-personal and professional competencies. 

Su, who is also the founder and managing director of the ‘SpeakFluence Global’ is the barrister, solicitor and member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. 

She has combined two-decade experiences in commercial mitigation and commitment to advocacy with a passion for positive psychology.
