Prithvi Highway disrupted by landslide opened for one-way traffic

Chitwan: The Prithvi Highway that was blocked due to a landslide has now been cleared for one-way traffic, police said. 

The landslide debris that had deposited on the highway at Nagdikhola, Ichchhakamana rural municipality-4 was removed at 11.30 am and the road opened for one-way traffic. The landslide occurred this morning, blocking the highway.

Chief of the District Police Office, Superintendent Bhavesh Rimal said that the road would be opened for two-way traffic after allowing passage to the stranded vehicles on both end of the road. 

The road was disrupted since 7.35 this morning.
