National Unity Campaign organizes a sit-in for Hindu republic in Janakpur

Kathmandu: The National Unity Campaign on Sunday launched a sit-in program in Janakpur, the provincial capital of Madhesh province, demanding that Nepal should be declared a Hindu republic.  The organizer said the program is meant for raising awareness among the people for the need of Hindu republic and NUC would continue to launch such programs in the days to come too.   Campaign will continue to raise voice for the protection of religious and cultural heritage, the organizer said.
