Former DIG Chabi Lal Joshi arrested

Kathmandu: Former Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Nepal Police, Chabi Lal Joshi, has been arrested by police.

According to Police Spokesperson and Deputy Inspector General Dan Bahadur Karki, Joshi was apprehended in Kathmandu on Sunday on charge of embezzling cooperative funds. 

Joshi has been taken to Pokhara and will be presented before the court on Monday.
