Kathmandu:  Amid media reports that the United States has stopped supporting Ukraine in its ongoing resistance against the Russian invasion, ambassadors of European Union to Nepal and EU member states have stood in solidarity for Ukraine. Along with EU ambassador to Nepal Veronique Lorenzo, Ambassadors of Germany, Finland and France—Dr Thomas Prinz, Riina-Riikka Heikka and Virginie Corteval—stood in solidarity on Monday displaying the banner that read ‘The European Union Supports Ukraine.’ “The Ambassadors of the European Union and its member states in Nepal—Germany, Finland, & France—express their solidarity with Ukraine & its people,” EU in Nepal wrote on X.
