Humla (Simkot): Simkot, the district headquarters of Humla, is witnessing snowfall today.

Snowfall is taking place at high-altitude areas of the district including Namkha Rural Municipality since this morning.

Around one inch of snow is piled up at Simkot and all wards of Namkha Rural Municipality are witnessing the snowfall, said the ward chairperson of Namkha-6, Palzor Tamang.

Similarly, heavy snowfall is now taking place at high mountainous regions—Nyalu, Nara and Lapcha area.

The district had experienced snowfall on November 26 for the first time this year.
