Chitwan: The identity of two bodies found in Tribeni, Chitwan, has been revealed. 

According to Superintendent of Police Bhavesh Rimal of District Police Office Chitwan, the identity of the bodies found on Sunday evening has now been revealed as passengers of the two buses that fell into the Trishuli River.

Those identified are 23-year-old Sudeep BK of Patihani in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-22 and 17-year-old Firoz Rahupat of Rautahat. Seven bodies found together have been identified while the identity of four more bodies is yet to be known.

On Sunday, 40-year-old Sajad Ansari of Samparan, Bihar, India, Jayprakash Thakur of India, 22-year-old Bikash Pariyar of Madi Municipality-1, 19-year-old Ramit Kushar Majhi of Sarlahi Barhathwa Municipality-3 and 28-year-old Rishi Pal Sah of Seetamani, India.

The search for the two buses and passengers is continuing in and around the incident site. Nepal Army, Nepal Police, and Armed Police teams are continuing the search operation.

Two passenger buses carrying around 60 passengers had been swept away from the Naraygarh-Mugling road section at Simaltal in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-29 into the Trishuli fell in the incident that took place last Friday morning.
