Vehicular movement resumes along Narayangadh-Butwal road

Nawalpur: Vehicular movement along the Narayangadh-Butwal road section, which was blocked for two days, has resumed on both lanes since this morning.

The road (Bardghat-Sustapur), which was blocked after the section caved in at Gaindakot-9 of Thumsi in Nawalparasi came into operation on Tuesday afternoon.

Hasta Bahadur Sunar of the Gaindakot Area Police Office said that vehicles are operating smoothly now. The road was blocked due to slippery soil in Daunne Danda. 

Passengers have always been suffering after the rains on the Narayangadh-Butwal road section, which is under expansion. The road was blocked for two days in the same section last year too.
