Kathmandu: Three individuals, including an infant, died when a car en route from Kathmandu to Hetauda lost control and met with an accident at Jurikhet in Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, Makwanpur, on Wednesday.

According to the Makwanpur Police, the car plunged 250 meters off the road. Police said that five people—two males, two females, and an infant—were on board the car, which had the registration number Ba 6 Cha 9379.

“The injured are receiving treatment at Makwanpur Cooperative Hospital. The bodies of the deceased have been sent to Hetauda Hospital.”
