Ncell inaugurates new centre in Narayanghat

Kathmandu: Ncell Axiata Limited on Thursday opened its new Ncell Centre in Lions Chowk,Narayanghat, aiming to deliver world-class customer services locally. 

The new center was inaugurated by Stephen Rodriguez, Chief of Staff, Operations of Ncell on Thursday amid a special function. With this inauguration, the center is now fully operational, providing comprehensive customer services directly to the local community. 

Aligned with the company’s brand promise of ‘Today, Tomorrow, Together’ and the theme ‘Here for You’, the center offers a wide array of customer services. These include general inquiries on products and services, SIM subscriptions, internet settings, and various enterprise services. Additionally, the center caters to customers’ diverse needs, such as upgrading SIM cards to 4G USIM, changing SIM cards, converting to e-SIM, modifying CUG numbers, biz plans, international roaming, bill payments, balance recharge and transfer, among many others. 

Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the new center, Stephen Rodriguez, Chief of Staff, Operation of Ncell said, “We are delighted to continue providing quality customer service from our newly opened Ncell Centre in Narayanghat. Ncell is always ‘Here for You’, Nepal and Nepali; and being aligned with this theme, our focus is to deliver comprehensive customer services directly to the local community to enable them to stay ‘Always On’ so that people can benefit from opportunities that connectivity brings.”

Talking also about ‘Always On’ or ‘Sadhain ON’ campaign, he said that the campaign which is first of its kind in Nepal has made connectivity more accessible and affordable for Nepali consumers, removing the hurdle of unintended charges for mobile data. “It empowers users to always keep their data on without having to fear their main balance loss as they need to remain always online in today’s digital age for multiple online tasks,” he said. 

The new centre operates from Sunday to Friday, 6 days a week. Prior to this, Ncell had been delivering customer services from its previous center in Pulchowk, Narayanghat since 2012. As part of its ongoing efforts to reach and serve customers conveniently, the company has been operating over 30 Ncell Centres across the country, further enhancing the overall customer experience.
