Kathmandu: Hard Rock Café’s signature product ‘The Himalayan Burger’ has been ranked among the Top 5 in Hard Rock International’s prestigious World Burger Tour. This global culinary challenge saw 154 Hard Rock Cafes from around the world presenting their finest burger creations, made with locally sourced ingredients easily available worldwide.
All Top 5 burgers from the World Burger Tour, including the celebrated Himalayan Burger, are available at Hard Rock Café in Kathmandu.
Himalayan Burger combines succulent, locally-sourced beef with exotic spices and flavors that reflect the region’s unique gastronomic culture. The burger is topped with yak cheese, a special blend of Himalayan herbs, and a signature spicy sauce, all nestled in a freshly baked bun. “We are incredibly proud of our team and their innovative creation, the Himalayan Burger,” said Narayan Subedi, Assistant General Manager at Hard Rock Café, Kathmandu. “Being recognized in the Top 5 of the World Burger Tour is a testament to our commitment to quality and culinary excellence. The second phase of the World Burger Tour will take place from June 14 to September 2, 2024. During this period, guests can enjoy the Top 5 burgers at Hard Rock Cafe Kathmandu and cast their votes to help determine the ultimate winner. One outstanding burger will be crowned the World Burger Tour Champion at the end of this phase.
