Kathmandu:  The Dhanusha District Court on Monday extended the remand of Kailash Sirohiya, chair of Kantipur Publications, for three days.

A single bench of Judge Yaduraj Sharma has allowed Nepal Police to keep Sirohoya in custody for three more days to investigate allegations against him.

On Tuesday, Sirohiya was arrested by a team of Kathmandu Valley Crime Division on charge of citizenship forgery.
