Child killed by truck in Dhankuta 

Kathmandu: A child died on the spot after a truck struck him at Sagurigadhi-6 in Dhankuta on Tuesday.

The boy has been identified as 10-year-old Sushan Bishwakarma, son of Naresh Bishwakarma from Dharan Sub Metropolitan-17.

According to the police, a tipper truck bearing registration number Pra 01-20 –001 Kha 8134 hit the boy who was on the roadside.

The truck driver, Saroj Subba, has been arrested by the police in connection with the incident.
